I moved the management of my unit to REOM a couple of months ago. This coincided with my existing renters giving notice and us having to source new renters. REOM have been very professional and efficient in handling the changeover and managed to secure new renters at a rental much higher than I was getting before. Their communication has been excellent throughout and I have been very pleased with their service and very happy I changed my managing agent over to REOM when I did.
